It was like every other morning for the young business head. He would navigate from his room to find his suit for the day. As well as a second outfit for his inevitable decision to sneak out and get your some fresh air. Then make sure to go through hid daily hygienic rituals as well as a quick shave to make sure he kept the budding facial hairs like peach fuzz. When he was finished he would dress grab his suit jacket and be out the door and as always a limousine would be waiting there for him. The luxurious vehicle was always an eyesore to Alex. He already hated wearing such luxurious clothing. Plus his building was in walking distance. Actually making him waste more time by riding this unsightly vehicle. Though it was per his father's instructions and he wasn't going to annoy the retiree.
"A bit late today, eh Master Wynn?" The driver spoke. The young Wynn hated that title and with a yawn he replied, "What do you mean? It's 9:00, the coffee shop should be opening soon. Could we head there first please?" The driver laughed hardily, beginning to move the vehicle towards its destination. "Sorry to be the bearer of bad news sir but its almost noon." The young Wynn had his mouth agape. This was the farthest he's ever overslept! "Let me guess, broke your alarm again?" The old driver teased and to that Alex nodded, putting a hand over his forehead. "Just... get to the building... They've probably called my parents by now so I'll just have to take my earful." He groaned.
Upon arrival to his workplace Alex stepped out of the vehicle. "Forgetting something sir?" the driver asked. Alex looked over to the old man to see him carrying his... glasses. Today was just gonna be one of those days.Walking over to the driver side window, he took the glasses, putting them on his face and thanked the old man kindly. Heading through the automatic double doors he was now inside his family's pride and joy, the work of centuries of Wynns, that he now headed. It still shocked him at times, but not like the onslaught he got from his many assistants. "Sir, you have an appointment at 5." "Sir, there'ssomeone waiting for you on the phone." "Sir the interns are here for your interview." It was always one thing after another. "Hey now everyone calm down. I know I'm late but don't worry. We'll get through the day like we always have. Even if we lost a couple hours." he advised. "Thank you sir, but you need to be more poignant. You know how your mother can get when companies call her while shes retired." Alex nodded, he had already had that scolding.
"I can deal with my parents." he said making his way towards the elevator. "I'd like to interview the interns first though. Could you please send them to my office?" he asked. To which the three assistants nodded. When he made his way to the top floor he walked towards his office, greeted by another assistant before making his way into the grand office. The space had brown carpet flooring with bookcases along the walls. A desk sat in the middle of the room with many faminy portraits and papers across it. Across from it sat a black leather chair and 3 brown leather ones across from it. Alex sat at the lone chair, waiting for his interns to come in. His growling stomach reminding him how hungry he was every so often.
