Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.
Layla did a few small stretches to loosen herself back up a bit. Sometimes, her training paid off immensely. Even though she was sore all over and had just recovered from pain so intense she couldn't even summon her Persona to heal it, she already felt like she could make the trip back with little serious trouble. It wouldn't be pleasant, especially if more shadows showed up, but so long as they didn't run into another tank they would probably be fine.
"Likewise," Layla said, nodding back.
She turned her attention first to the massive amount of damage done to the surrounding buildings, then to the remains of the tank itself. Many of the vehicles that had comprised its body were still recognizable as vehicles. That was kind of impressive, for what the tank was. And it had all held together for a long time, despite how many times the cannon had gone off and how many hits it had taken.
"No human could do something like this," Layla said, shaking her head. "Even if someone built a tank out of spare parts, and those parts happened to be entire cars, I can't imagine them holding together for as long as this thing did."

"You'd be surprised at what humans can accomplish," she smiled. "...It would require a different method though. Human technology isn't quite to the point where we can possess vehicles."
So far, a closer examination of the vehicles wasn't revealing anything particularly interesting, even when she went in between some of the cars and closer to the center of the wreckage. They really were just a bunch of cars being held together by a shadow, and it wasn't exactly clear how a shadow could pull that off just by looking at this. Even her past research with shadows have given no insight onto how they could pull something like this off. Irritated, she folded her arms and made her way back outside what remained of the tank's body.
"I don't think looking at it's going to tell us anything, but at least that's one strong shadow dead. Want to go see a movie or something to celebrate?"
Holly definitely couldn't let a victory like this go uncelebrated, especially since she met a new person. It's not like she had anything better to be doing for the rest of the day anyway, and it was always useful to get to know more persona users.

"I would hate to see what would happen if it was," Layla said, grinning. Learning to drive in Bangalore had already been a nightmare as it was. She couldn't even imagine what it would be like if people could just take possession of cars.
That aside, she agreed with Holly that just looking at what was left of the tank wouldn't tell them anything. Maybe it was just the sheer size of the wreckage, but she couldn't even see a turret anymore. The treads, meanwhile, were unremarkable and mostly just seemed to have been made from car wheels. Now that it had fallen apart, she would have never thought it used to be a tank if she hadn't seen it herself. Eventually, she just shrugged it off. The shadow was dead now, and for the time being that would just have to do.
Layla nodded when Holly offered a movie in celebration. She had no idea what would be showing, especially when Mosaic City had been cut off from the rest of the world for a few months, but it had to be better than what she had at home. Bollywood movies were a guilty pleasure of hers, but she would never speak for their quality. Foreign movies had always been much better. "Sure," she said. "I have no idea what's on, but I'm up for it."

"I don't know, I think it'd be pretty interesting," Holly grinned slightly and rubbed her chin. "Anyway, I can't say I follow what's playing either, it was just the first thing I thought of. If there's something else you'd rather do I'm open to suggestions."
She shrugged. Since there was nothing to see here, Holly started to make her way back to the terminal. She figured Layla would follow her (because seriously who wouldn't?), so she didn't bother to look back. Even if she was pretty sure she could take on some small shadows right now it was probably best to get back quickly and rest after a fight like that.

"You clearly have never seen Bangalore traffic," Layla remarked. "I'm just imagining the pile-ups and standstills right now. Although, if we're talking about narrowly avoiding them..." She laughed at the thought. That almost sounded like a video game, or a particularly contrived movie. Malevolent cars out to ruin the day of an ordinary commuter, but wait! The cars are actually possessed by other, disgruntled commuters who've sat through one traffic jam too many!
...Actually that was probably a little too bizarre.
"No, a movie's fine," she said, following after Holly. Because seriously, why wouldn't she? They weren't exactly in the best condition to be waiting around, much less doing so separately.
