He was still stick in the first stratum of the mine. Well...he was by choice, technically, but he didn't feel like risking an adventure deeper into the place that would get him killed. Looking about with a certain amount of nervousness that was lost within the blankness of his face, Seiji ventured from the city outskirts to the mine. Unlike many people that doubted themselves, his faith in his own abilities were sound...it was just his judgement that was in question. He remembered the boss fight the night before and how it dragged on because he wouldn't use heat wave due to a fear of the boss absorbing the, erm, kinetic energy from the heat blast or...however the hell that worked. Seiji wasn't a doctor, he was a problem solver, a go getter. Near the entrance to the mine, Seiji found an unused pack. Opening it up, he saw grenades, makeshift home-made grenades.
What kind of an idiot brought grenades to a mine shaft? At least they were smart enough to leave them outside. His sensing abilities weren't on the level of some other users, but he tried sensing in case he felt the presence of another Persona user. Unfortunately, there was none to be found. Darn, someone had just left the grenades there. He'd bring 'em back to Takeda when he was done with the mines, maybe he'd have a use for them. Unlike his previous ventures into the outer circle, this time he didn't have a live scooter battery inside his backpack. Instead, he had a seemingly brand new bastard sword crafted the old way, the high quality way. He was holding a genuine medieval masterpiece. He hadn't used Sir Gawain in a solo exploration yet. The presence within the sea of his soul felt more...powerful. It'd be fun as hell to test that out.
Venturing into the topmost part of the mine, he wandered semi-aimlessly, never losing his way but never walking like he had somewhere in mind for a destination.
