Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Tristan looked around the car factory ruins. The things that were left behind by most of the town... It just surprised him. It looked like the car bodies were still on the line. There were deactivated machines everywhere he turned. The stillness of it all was almost too much for him to bear. If it was made to move, it should never stop. That was his belief. So, coming into the creepy factory... He decided to just keep walking.
He was carrying his new scythe and the little trinket he found during the fight at the school. He had no idea why, but he felt that it may end up being useful. Still, he was here to look around and train against some shadows. He didn't want to be protected ever again, like on that night with the full moon. So, he decided to keep going until he was strong enough to hold his own.

Tristan kept wandering in further when he heard something up ahead. Knowing that few would be in the area besides him, he started hugging the wall as he looked around the corner. What he saw froze his blood momentarily. There was a giant, golden, humanoid creature coming his direction. Tristan considered his options. He could either attempt to retreat (which would be bad no matter what), or he could try to catch it off guard (which would be worse, but only if he failed).
Deciding that a new kind of enemy would be the perfect test of his abilities, Tristan brought forth Pyro Jack, and called out "Agi!" But alas, nothing happened. Tristan stood there for a moment before Pyro Jack sent him a new word: Agilao. Tristan, trusting in his partner, called it out while pointing at the shadow, and was amazed at the outcome: while he had been used to only being able to send small fireballs, he had cast a medium sized one. While it wasn't much of a difference, it was still more powerful than before.
The giant was enveloped in flame, but it still didn't fall. Instead, it swung at Tristan with its fist, hitting him square center and sending him flying into a wall. "Well," Tristan said as he stood up. "That was fun. But now it's my turn! Agilao!" Pyro Jack consumed the enemy with the second burst of flame, but it still refused to fall. He was not looking forward to getting hit again. He fell to one knee, but gathered himself up again. These fights get worse and worse...
Tristan looked at Pyro Jack, and felt a little resolve flow through him. He grinned, knowing that another punch was coming his way. The giant swung, And Tristan leaped over it. Man... This guy could stand to be a little faster... This isn't even- His thought was cut off as he got hit with a second swing, not as powerful as the first hit that landed, but it still stung a little. Tristan stood there for a moment after he landed, trying to catch his breath.
Obviously hurt, but not refusing to give up, Tristan was still going to give it his all. "Agilao!" He yelled, running to the side. Maybe if I flank him... The gold giant kept swinging at Tristan, but it couldn't keep up. Tristan yelled Agilao again, causing another fire burst to make an impact on the giant. And then another. Why won't this fucker die? Tristan asked himself, as he was hit again and sent flying. I won't be able to take much more...
Tristan stood, desperation showing in his face. I've hit him like six times now... He should be able to fall soon... He looked at the giant, right in the eye. He was running on fumes now, and if he didn't win now, he would have to make an escape. He concentrated on everything he had, pushing himself to his limits, in order to summon Pyro Jack one more time. "Agilao." That was all he said. He fell to his knees, watching as the giant was consumed by fire. The smoke cleared, and...
It was gone. Tristan couldn't believe it. He climbed up onto his feet to look around. "Is... Is it dead? Did I win?"

Tristan was walking- no, he was limping- out of the factory. Never. Again. He thought that if the enemies were always going to be that strong, then he should stay out of the areas like this. It would be hazardous to his health. He needed to get a firm grip on his powers against weaker enemies.
He started to shamble past where the giant had fallen when he saw something on the ground. He picked it up, revealing it to be a thing of meds. He grinned wryly, knowing that they would have come in handy in that fight. Sighing, he continued to wander out of the factory...
