Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Alvis decided to go out for a smoke break to calm his nerves a bit. He decided to take a walk around the neighborhood while he was at it. Calming his mind, the man began to sense the emotions of nearby humans. He sensed many emotions, bu he only locked on to specific ones. Namely, feelings of angry, pain, suffering, and pure wrath.
From a normal human's point of view, they would simply see a waiter taking a walk while smoking, likely enjoying the afternoon breeze. But on the inside, the man was feeding off of nearby emotions. This time, it had been a couple in a heated argument over in one of the nearby houses. Objects were thrown, harsh words were shared, and even a few punches. It was clearly unpleasant for them, but for Alvis, it was just another day of feeding.

Alvis went out for another smoke break today. Again, he went through the residential district as park of his walk. Along the way, he went by the school. It was a rather large, somewhat annoying looking building. Alvis didn't like it one bit. Just looking at it made him get a bit pissed off. He managed to calm himself though, as he began to sense the emotions of some kid from in the schoolyard.
Alvis could sense the boy's frustrations. He fed on them. From what he could tell, the boy had failed an extremely important test that his future relied on. He was worried over his future as well as what his parents thought. He felt many things, really. But the only thing that Alvis gave any care to was the anger that the boy felt. He simply consumed it all until there was no more. And when he was satisfied, the man simply continued his walk as if nothing had happened.

Alvis was on break again, as per his usual schedule. He was in a particularly sour mood today as he recalled a certain battle from a few days ago. Some girl riding bird around outside the city had managed to get on his last nerve as well as physically disable him. He tried to keep his mind off of it, lest he do something that would get the attention of every cop in the city. Instead, he did his routine of feeding on the feelings of anger that nearby humans were having. It would not cheer him up, but it would certainly keep his mind off of it for the time being.

Alvis was on his break again like usual. Only this time, he didn't bother going for a walk. Nope. Today, he didn't need to leave the shop's view. It seemed that there was some sort of cat-fight outside. Two girls were causing quite a scene in the middle of the district as they began to scratch and pull at each other. A few people tried to stop them as it persisted. Meanwhile, Alvis kept a calm facade as he pulled out a cigarette and watched the fight happen. Supposedly the fight was over some boy according to the dialogue in between the cursing that he heard. Unfortunately, the fight ended shortly after as a police officer broke them up. Shrugging, Alvis return to the tea house to grab a drink and take some headache medicine. He was satisfied for the time being.

Alvis was just sitting on a bench in the park; minding his own buisness. He was hoping for a relaxing rest without much noise. Unfortunately, a few obnoxious teenagers on the bench across from him were arguing over their "favorite shows." One of the boys was defending his show in particular to an almost religious degree while another was simply badmouthing it, referring to it as the "second coming of Satan." Alvis simply watched the two of them argue while the two others of the group, while not arguing in particular, were just as obnoxiously loud. Alvis could sense the rage that the two boys were pushing on each other. They were clearly mad.
Alvis seemed sat back and watched for a bit until he was satisfied. Having heard enough, the man got up and walked over to the group of kids. Oi. He took off his glasses and stared them down. You all have shit taste. Get over it. And on that note, the man took out a cigarette, lit it, and walked away.

Alvis managed to wander over to a playground where a good amount of kids were playing. He sat down on one of the nearby benches and began to look over the group of children. He was sitting among a good deal of mothers who were looking over their kids. He stuck out a little bit, but nobody seemed alarmed by him. He didn't look like a dangerous person. He certainly wasn't in this situation either.
As he watched the children, he noticed two that seemed to be getting in a fight over a toy truck. The fight quickly escalated to a physical level as they began to hurt each other. The mothers began to step in after that and broke up the fight. Yet, their rage persisted even after. Alvis enjoyed its taste quite thoroughly before leaving.

Alvis was walking along the pier near the beach. Why was he on the pier of all places? Why does it matter? If you asked him that, he'd probably kick your ass. So instead of worrying about that, consider what the man was looking at. Over the many stalls that were set up, he was looking at one in particular where a group of kids were being ripped off by one of the stands. They ended up shelling out a couple hundred dollars before leaving in frustration. But Alvis simply stood nearby and watched, absorbing all of the anger that they released.

Alvis was walking around the mall by chance this evening. He happened to pass by a small pet store. Inside, a child was throwing a tantrum to his mother about buying a puppy that he liked. His pleas were clearly ineffective, evident of the boy's continued cries for what he desired. As he continued, his anger and rage continued to build over time. Naturally, Alvis fed off of these emotions as the scene went on. The end result was a disgruntled mother dragging her son out of the store despite his protests. Alvis nonchalantly walked along behind this scene until he felt satisfied.
