Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Sayu had had some difficulty finally mustering the willpower to leave her penthouse. After certain events with a certain Shadow, being rescued, and spending the better part of three days thoroughly washing herself- inside and out- she had remained huddled up in the bedroom for a great long while. Then, once her anger had exceeded her disgust and fear, she stepped outside with the intention of becoming stronger. She had a precise goal at that point, as opposed to a vague, open-ended “protect her fans”.
Kyoudou Sakuya violated her body, her feelings, and, in a number of ways, her mind and spirit. What she felt in regards to her was both fear and anger. Fear because she knew she was not yet powerful enough to exact her revenge. Anger for very obvious reasons. Either way, she needed to become stronger. Once she had a means of defeating that deplorable fucking harlot, she could do all the girls in Mosaic a favor and put that filthy monster down. She wouldn't be able to rest soundly- and she hadn't been able to since the event, mind you- until she knew that that monster was good and gone.
The mute had avoided her usual paths. Instead, she took longer, more roundabout routes to reach areas for training. She hated getting dirty, but she knew that she could not be so picky and overprotective of her body if she were to become more powerful. No, she needed to overcome her weaknesses. She wasn't going to let someone else protect her. That shit just wasn't her.

Blinking as a fireball impacted with her face, the mute found herself slightly dumbfounded. She had been hugging the wall despite it being so dirty, often cringing at the sounds around her due to the fact that it could have been that perverse rapist. So, the nullified ball of fire that smacked her in the face was a welcome enough change when she saw the origin. Summoning Tamamo, the girl considered her options. One of the two apparent enemies used fire, so it was unlikely that Maragidyne would nail them both. Instead, she would drown the Shadows in darkness. Even if it was a Shadow, the darkness was the largest shadow, and it consumed the smaller entities.
”Tamamo, use Die for Me! She curtly demanded, and the kitsune produced a cloud of darkness that strangled the life from the Shadows. It didn't kill them, of course, but they weren't unaffected. A rain of arrows fell on her, but she did not back away. The other Shadow charged at her, trying to punch. She shifted to the side, letting out a soundless sigh as she escaped the attack. Then, she began to mouth the next order, pounding on her phone.
”Again. Drown them.” The order was given with no hesitation, and the cloud of black death smothered the resistance, leaving nothing behind. Victory was attained.

Panting slightly, Sayu fought back the urge to shake. She felt dirty. Dust and grime was all over her clothes. Even her gloves were stained. Her phone was fine- dirty, but fine. Her first thought was to leave and wash, but, if she remained like that, would she ever get stronger? Physically, perhaps, but would she grow as a person and develop new powers as a Persona-user? Unlikely. She had to push herself. She had to overcome the weaknesses she herself adopted, if only for the sake of power. Even if she relapsed after everything was said and done, her priority would have been addressed. The girl took a slow breath. Then, nodding, she proceeded, dismissing Tamamo.
She was killing parts of her self for the sake of power. Why not start with the things that got in the way of normal life the most?
