Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Man... Why can't any of these places be kinda normal looking?
Tristan sighed. It was freaking depressing, how creepy these places were. Not a single ray of sunshine had touched anywhere in the Shadowlands for years, if you were to go off of appearances. Of course, this only made it more of a challenge to spot Shadows. Good thing Pyro Jack has a lantern, huh?
Tristan grabbed ahold of his scythe. The hangars were open, yes. But that didn't mean that the fights wouldn't get up-close. Turning a corner, he glanced ahead so as to make sure the coast was clear.

Flap. Flap.
Tristan heard wings. The sound worried him. After all, he was at an airport. Who knew what twisted ideas the shadows would have for forms here? After all, he had fought against slimes, knights, floating crown things, cupid, dancers, Hulk Hogan, and a Minotaur. He had to say, the diversity kept things interesting. Even if he did have to bend over backwards just to keep track of them all.
Tristan noticed that the flapping had started to get really loud. As in, from right behind him... He turned and came face to face with an eagle that seemed to be on fire. It was red and orange, and had a fiery crest. And it shot a burst of fire at him that almost rivaled Pyro Jack's supercharged Agilao. Tristan was able to practically shrug it off, but it still stung.
Tristan took a step back from the bird. "Nice. But it's my turn. Mind Slice!" He felt his life drain, but watched as Pyro Jack sent a slashing attack at the eagle. While the eagle felt pain, that was obvious, it still didn't disappear.
The bird cast a spell upon itself, probably a boost of some sort. Didn't matter to Tristan. "Pyro Jack. Mudo." His command was carried out, trapping the bird in a ball of darkness. When the darkness dissipated, the bird was gone.
