Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Jaelyn didn't have any particular goals in mind for this trip. Crap to sell, shadows to burn, planes to not fly but wish she could, all of that was all well and good. But that would just happen as it happened. For now, Jaelyn just wanted to mess around with her new, suddenly stronger Persona's abilities. And whether that involved setting shadows on fire or setting buildings on fire, she didn't really care. The sheer increase in power was such a rush that anything would do, so long as she got to experience more of it. And as for why she'd gone back to the airport...well, it was there, and she had more experience with it than with most of the areas in the outer circle she'd been to so far.

What now? Even more dancers had come to play, just in time for Jaelyn to already get tired of their presence. Just like the last pair, these ones were hanging from wires, but they didn't seem to be attached to anything. Not that Jaelyn really cared. She started by boosting her agility, just in time before a blast of wind came at her and she managed to get out of the way. The other shadow managed to stab her in the meantime. Jaelyn then boosted her agility again, this time dodging the attacks from both enemy shadows. A third time followed, and while one of the shadows managed to get lucky with a lightning strike, the other still fell woefully short.
"Now then, let's make this a game," Jaelyn said, summoning Caligula again. "The next one of you to hit me doesn't get burned." Instead of using Agidyne, as she was so inclined, she directed Caligula to hit the two of them with a wave of darkness. She turned toward the persona as she did, noticing that to do so the mad emperor grasped his face and slid it away, revealing a dizzying blackness within. Dark clouds spewed out of the hole, rolling over both pairs of dancers. One pair, the one who kept using wind, took only minor damage, while the other pair, the one who had actually hit her previously, was more seriously affected.
"Interesting," Jaelyn said. Both shadows attempted to counterattack, and once again the wind-user missed, while the other shadow managed to stab her. "Guess you're the one burning, then," Jaelyn said, turning on the wind-user and directing Caligula to drop a mass of fire on it, boosted by the trinket she picked up from the museum job. The fire incinerated it on the spot, while the remaining shadow tried with no success to stab her again.
"Now, I suppose I should keep my promise," Jaelyn said as Caligula slid his face away again and more darkness poured out over the shadow. "So I won't burn you. But you're still going to die here." Darkness continued to envelop the shadow, while it struggled in vain to land another hit on Jaelyn until the point where it was completely consumed.

Ahh, even with less burning this was such a great feeling. Between Caligula's sheer power and being able to dodge most of the attacks thrown at her, the last fight was easier than ever. Jaelyn found herself laughing as the last of the dancer shadow was consumed and the darkness faded, leaving nothing behind. "Much better," she said. "But it wasn't enough. I need more of this." The power was too much for her to just accept a sample of it and go. She wanted to taste more. She wanted to keep indulging in this rush of power until she was too tired to do it anymore. And so she continued, back toward the hangars where more shadows would lurk.
