Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Kyle hadn't meant to hit Phoebe in the face. He was just about to smack the kid when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He didn't even think about it, he just swung backwards to push it off. But Phoebe had stepped closer than he expected because the back of his hand came in direct contact with her face.
He let go of the kid and looked over, just to see her bleeding from the nose... and then she had a very dark look on her face when she growled his name.
Yes, she growled.
Now this is a worthy foe.
SHUT UP! Aw shit...
"Shut up you frickin' brat," he snapped at Tristan with a bit of nervousness in his tone.
Kyle turned around properly. Seriously, what the hell had he done? Smacking around his co-workers? But now that he thought about it, why was Phoebe here? The kid had a Persona so maybe...
"Phoebe. Crap, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hit you. This damn brat just ticked me off. Are you okay?"

Phoebe felt very angry now. She was well prepared to swing her sledgehammer at him and crack his stupid skull in. Kyle'd pushed it too far now. She'd tolerated his temper problems for far too long, at work and now that the moron went and got himself a Persona, she'd have to deal with him outside of work. Because now she'd have to take responsibility for him, since nobody else could control this retard. She had to fill him in before he got himself killed.
If I bring Antiope out, she could zap his stupid ass...
I refuse to be used as a means for punishing foolish boys, was the Persona's curt reply.
"Kyle, you retard!" she exploded and curling her fist she punched him in the gut. And then she grabbed him by the hair and brought him down to her height. She ignored the blood dripping from her nose and got in his face. "Do you have any idea how hard it is to deal with your stupid self!? I've tolerated your bullshit at work and so has Hisako-san! Kyle, you're a walking disaster zone with your stupid temper and now you have a fucking Persona!! And an axe!! WHO gave you a goddamn axe, you madman!? If you don't watch your step from now on you're gonna kill somebody!"
I can't believe you're doing this. SHUT. UP.
Indeed, Phoebe couldn't believe she was doing this either. She'd always just tried to pacify Kyle gently whenever he got pissed at work, but she'd never imagine she'd be chewing him out like this. She was never this confrontational. But she was just so mad at him.
"Listen here you overgrown coffee addict. You're gonna come with me now," she snapped. "I'm gonna clean up, then sit your fucking ass down and explain what's going on. I'm only gonna do this just once for your retarded self, and then you're on your goddamn own. If you don't start watching yourself it'll be the sledgehammer next and then I'll let Antiope -- yes, my Persona -- fry what's left of you."
She then turned to Tristan. "Sorry about this scene, Tristan. I'm going to have to take off now. Thanks very much for your help. I hope this moron didn't hit you too hard. Please come by the bookstore again whenever you feel like it. This retard will be ready to apologize."
Without allowing said moron to say anything, she seized him by the back of the shirt and dragged him away, stomping towards the cemetery gates.

Tristan watched as Phoebe dragged the guy off. Wow, she didn't look too happy. Of course, he looked scared as all heck, so... He looked over at Pyro Jack, who seemed to start to laugh before he faded. That was the first time Tristan had ever payed attention to what Pyro was doing outside of casting, and he was glad that there seemed to be emotion within the beings.
Starting to walk out of the cemetery, he turned back to face the crypt. Next time I see that guy, we're gonna make sure he understands that one doesn't mess with us, huh Pyro? So, with a wry grin on his face, he set out on his way home. He needed some sleep.
