Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Finally, the humans began to attack! The ice caused a few of the small rocks on the golem to freeze and shatter. The golem itself lurched back, as if the blow was very effective. As the knight slashed, though, the golem recovered- that is to say, it regained its footing. The slash seemed to not be very effective. It finally took another couple of steps, fully within range to unleash its true attacks. The stones at the waist began to pulse, effectively pushing the upper body from the lower body. Then, extending its arms out fully, the upper body leaned forward, twirling at a high speed before assaulting the party! The attack would hit everyone for massive strike-based damage!
After the attack, the upper body was pulled back back, locking into the waist once more.

That made it a given. The mine was nothing but a bunch of assholes with big fists and stupid attitudes. The blow left the boy shaking. Not out of pain, mind you, but out of sheer annoyance. Once everything was good and situated, he was going to kick its ass. He did not like being punched constantly. Even if it was a whirlwind punch. Anyway, the attack was powerful, but with three layers of Rakukaja, everyone there could stand it, he was sure. Of course, he did say he would heal after finishing off Rakukaja, and he wasn't going to go against that. They might've lasted that first one like that, but a second one might have made it a bit worrisome.
”With that situated, I'm going to start healing. Keep at it. Alma Elma, Mediarama!” With the order, the succubus gave off a light green light that bathed the party in healing magic. It was similar to the Media the other users had against the Grim Squeaker, but it was far more powerful, more potent of a healing spell. It wouldn't heal them all the way- not this first one- but with Rakukaja in place, the healing would eventually overcome the damage incurred. He'd just need another chance or two, he was sure.
And some debuffs for the boss and a damned shock-resistant piece of armor.

Ouch. The golem's attack hurt quite a bit, knocking Luka off her feet for a moment. Luckily, Akira was more than ready to heal the party. Just as Luka had taken a large portion of damage, she had been healed back to her normal state. Getting back up, the girl considered her options again.
She didn't need to use Tarukaja anymore, but the golem seemed to be effected by the ice attack she used. Perhaps another one would work? Alright, I'm going for the same thing again. The girl closed her eyes, no more than a moment, as she began to charge up for another powered up attack. The shadow was certainly effected by her attack, but it had also been the first thing that had survived one of them. Did she really expect it to go down with a single hit? Of course not. But it certainly helped in egging her on in her attempts to beat it.

Darn. It was just his luck, running into a powerful monster that didn't seem all too bothered by his attacks. The exact nature of the attack that followed confused Seiji and confounded his senses, but one thing was certain: it hurt like a bitch. Momentarily knocked back just as his allies seemed to be, it was thanks to Ran's defense buffs and her healing spells that he was able to recover so quickly. If the Persona users ever decided to have a civil war, Seiji thought that whoever had the most healers would probably win due to attrition.
Luka was doing her charging thing which meant that he had to buy her some time. Brave blade hadn't worked and something told him Heat Wave would probably hurt more than it would help. In the few moments he had to decide his course of action, he went with his gut. The portly knight opened its helmet and a stream of weak light shot out, hitting the Golem. It'd probably just deal normal non-effective damage but that was better than hitting it with blunt damage that'd probably heal it, right?
"Oh, you can’t help that," said the Cat: "we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad."
"How do you know I’m mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, or you wouldn’t have come here.”

The battle continued. It seemed that the over all defenses of the group needed to be lowered before it could do anything truly terrible. Unfortunate, since it desired to keep its signature move secret for a while longer. It considered its targets- two females and a male- while being hit with the power of light. Seemed to only do neutral damage to it. Its arms stretched out, then it slammed one fist into the other palm. The forced behind it caused the floor to shake slightly. If push came to shove,it could play that way. No shame in revealing a special move- it was there to be used, after all. With it, it could bring ruination to themselves
The golem took a moment, focusing energy in one arm and causing the rocks to spread from it arm, slowly rotating. As they sped up, it became more like a rough, primitive drill, but it was intended for beating rather than poking holes into things. Swinging at Seiji, the boy would suffer severe strike damage and have 1x Rakukaja canceled! Truly, Rock Wrecker was a sufficiently powerful signature move.

The whole world started spinning when the rock drill struck Seiji, knocked against a wall, the boy heaved and coughed. Every time he thought he learned how far the pain threshold of his body could be pushed, something came along and decided to push it farther and farther. Head spinning as he lost leave of his senses, Seiji saw that the attack had been so powerful that it had knocked his Persona back inside of him. Worse than that, he felt like a bit of Ran's persona imbued armor had chipped away.
All the golem's cards were out on the table unless it had another attack stored up that was even more effective. To Seiji's credit, he stood up before any healing magic was sent his way, if any. Breathing heavily and looking at Luka, he remembered that she'd charged up again. Thanks to the creature focusing on him, she'd been able to charge up unmolested by the mighty golem. A fit of temporary insanity had overtaken Seiji as he charged the golem. Whether it was his mind trying to subconsciously keep him from getting killed or instincts that had been honed finely from perilous battles, his drawn weapon ended up striking a card.
Sir Gawain was back and pulled Seiji into its arms, pulling him back from his thoughtless attempt to melee the creature. Peppering it with another barrage of light, Gawain held Seiji back. Their opening was slight and Seiji hoped that the girls took it to heal him up kill the hell out of the thing.

The large golem took the opportunity to send out another attack. This time though, its sole target was Seiji. The blow seemed to be quite powerful, knocking the boy into a nearby wall. Luka knew that she likely wouldn't have been able to get back up had she been the one to take that kind of hit. Nonetheless, she needed to keep attacking now, lest the enemy would land another attack just like that. She would let Akira deal with the healing. She would simply focus on doing the damage.
Having already charged up once more, the girl decided to go for an ice attack, since the shadow responded quite negatively to it. Hel! Once more! An impressive ray of ice came forth from Hel's hands as it struck the golem all at once. Were they almost there? Was the battle almost over? She could only hope so, for all of their sakes.

Akira was mildly amused when someone else was hit by the bullshit drill punch attack. This meant that he was not the only recipient of gigantic fisting. That also meant that the Shadows were just general assholes towards humans. Not really a shocker, but still nice to have that clarification. Both of his partners attacked, and it was time to heal again. He sent the pulse to the succubus, and a Mediarama enveloped the group, healing what damage had been incurred. He felt pretty good- fresh, even. Chances were, the only one with lasting damage was Seiji, and that was just him being cautious. Could have gone either way, really.

After pulling its arm back, the golem remained stationary for a moment. Pelted with both light and ice, the golem shuddered slightly. The ice caused another rock to freeze and shatter. Rock Wrecker had caused its body to grow too hot. The flame within it was almost painful, even for it. It needed to release some of its built up fire. That was why its head slowly split open, breathing fire on the group to hit all of them for moderate fire damage! Perhaps it'd cool off enough to use Rock Wrecker afterward? If not, it could just release its exhaust again.

Again, the boy was hit with flames that did not really bother him too much. A pleasant flash of heat, if anything. He doubted his two allies were of the same mentality, though. He motioned for Alma Elma to heal the group again, even though it did nothing for him. With that, though, the group should have been in good enough shape for him to step away from healing for a turn or so. That meant he could finally do something to that asshole for punching him right after the fight started.
”Depending on his next attack, I may be able to slide my own attack in! Keep at it, guys!”

It would seem that her attack proved to be effective. That was good. But something seemed odd about the shadow now. It was getting hotter even though she had just cooled it down a bit. And yet, it kept getting hotter and hotter. What was its deal? Finally, the built up tension burst all over her and the two others, doing a decent bit of fire damage. Luckily, Hel managed to shield her from most of the attack. Not to mention the defense boost that Akira had put on all three of them. I think we almost got him! Whether or not it was obvious, Luka pointed out that the shadow was clearly weakening. Rocks were shattering off the enemy with every attack that she managed to land. It was only a matter of time.
She began to Mind Charge once again, prepping herself for yet another attack. She wasn't sure just how many more times she could do this though. Using the ability was rather draining on its own, much more than the attack itself. She would carry onward for now, though.

Strangely enough, after the powerful drill fist, the moderately damaging fire attack registered as a 'meh' on Seiji's level of pain. Ran's steady drip of heals on the whole party was keeping him in pretty good shape. Still peeved about not being able to contribute much, Gawain unleashed another blast of Mahama after he realized that doing that was probably the only way to contribute. After this, he'd have to get some hardcore training regimens going, maybe have a montage or two playing as his various Senseis taught him how to be a real man taught him how to kill shadows gud.
He didn't say much as they kept fighting, leaving the others to strategize and plot about how to kill the creature. Despite not being poisoned for the first time in a boss battle, he was starting to get fatigued from a combination of the boss's attacks and the exertion of his spirit. He wasn't built for magical attacks, so even something as 'light' as the mahama was draining him severely.

Being constantly pelted with bug bites was annoying. This was a human-equivalent of the sensations the golem was suffering. The boy kept pelting it with little bursts of light. Frankly, it was annoying. Unfortunately, it still needed to let out a little steam. Opening its mouth again, the golem let out its exhaust, spewing flames on the party for moderate fire damage! After that, it could attack seriously again.

Flames poured from the golem, smacking into Akira and his partners. That was all well and good, but it didn't bother him. To his knowledge, all of his Rakukaja were still in place for the party, so he figured the fire damage was negligible, at best. Because of that, the boy took his scissors and poked them into the softest bit of ground near where he stood. Then, rolling his head around his shoulders, he clenched his hands and rolled an arm around. Punch or kick? He had not decided yet. He strolled from the back lines.
”It wouldn't be fair for this fight to end before I get a hit in on this guy.” He calmly observed before his stroll became a sprint. Then, closing in on the golem, he whirled. A punch wouldn't be enough. Legs hosted more power than arms. Therefore, he kneed at the asshole. It'd probably hurt like a bitch, but it'd be worth it.

Another fire attack.Frankly, the blasts weren't doing as much as Luka would have expected. It was probably thanks to the combination of defensive magic, her persona, and the constant healing that was being done. Yet this thing continued to pound on them with full force. Just when would it let up?
Either way, it was time for Luka to use her charged ice attack again. Akira chose to break out of the healing role for the time being, opting to go for a purely physical blow. She wasn't sure what Seiji was planning to do though. Hel! Yet again, the hooded woman unleashed a ray of frost upon the enemy shadow. Luka was truly beginning to feel the effects of the fatigue setting in. Next she would likely go for another mind charge. But when she began to prepare for it, she just couldn't seem to focus enough. Was that the extent of her power, perhaps? For now she didn't say anything, seeing no reason to. Not yet. For all she knew, she just needed to wait a moment before casting it again.
