Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Tristan was getting mad. Not only were his attacks doing nothing important to the doctor, but they were doing noting at all to the tiger! And that fucking cat had dared to try to silence the group of Users? Phoebe could get pissed as much as she wanted- Tristan was skinning that cat.
However, as he was preparing a spell, the doctor shadow fucking stabbed at him with the scalpel. The young boy actually screamed as he felt the blade- it was easily the most pain he had ever felt from one attack.
With his senses failing, the boy quickly summoned Ifreet. The Persona obliged with its summoner's unspoken command and rushed at the doctor before draining the life from it. Tristan, upon receiving the energy, was able to steady himself.
With a steely glare, he silently vowed to make the shadows pay for everything: the pain, Vice's death, the death of the child. He intended to take his rage out on every one of the fucking shadows, but he was starting with these two.
((Life drain on the doc. he wont mind, will he?))

It seems that the silence didn't really work, Gin mused. It's a shame, really. The silence only affected the maid girl who had actually landed a blow; and while Gin loved the poetic irony of that, the girl had actually somehow already lifted the infliction. Then she almost immediately started to attack again. Gin needed to stop her, and silence didn't work.
Still, that doesn't mean it wouldn't work again...
Gin smiled at the Users. He may be in pain, but what are the odds of his attack doing as bad as it did last time? That train of thought being followed, Gin cast another wave of silence, hoping it did more than last time.

Overall, it seemed everything was fine. Sure, darkness collided with her and all, but the worst of the attacks seemed to have been dealt to the only boy of the group. Even then, between his armor and the protective boosts, the damage was lessened. With the recovery from his own attack and the passive recovery over all of them, he'd be fine for the time being. Instead, it would probably be worth swapping to the offensive. She wasn't really one to play support, though. She could only hope she wasn't getting ahead of herself. Whatever the case, she turned her attention to the doctor. What the overgrown cat did was irrelevant to her, purely due to the fact that her blade did nothing to it. She willed for Deathbound again. This time, it would be focused purely on the doctor.
Yaksa sped forward and twirled, sending out a slashing wave of decimation.

Ally managed to land yet another decent attack on the doctor. Things were going good for her minus the poison that was slowly coursing through her body. Luckily the boss didn't seem all that intent on aiming at her directly. That was good given how painful that stabbing attack looked. The girl was already in a position where she could easily dodge just about anything that the boss was going to throw at her. Instead, the girl managed to lose her balance just as the attacks came allowing her to be hit by the slash. The attack did nothing to her, but her loss of balance left her open to the second attack. While slash attacks did just about nothing to her, darkness was very effective. The attack certainly wasn't that strong but since it had exploited the girl's weakness, it was considerably stronger than normal. After taking those two hits, the girl finally threw out another bomb as a means for her attack. As she did, the girl felt the poison slowly course through her a bit more. She hadn't taken much of a beating yet thankfully. She was more than ready to keep going.

Everything was going blurry. It was clear to everyone that he was losing, despite his constant self-afflicted joy (and regeneration). The doctor visibly slumped over, grabbing at the edge of where his torso was sticking out to keep himself stable. His mechanical arm pack fizzled and cracked, smoke rising up from the primary box. It was nice knowing you, life. Now... now, it was time to go out with a bang...!
Momentarily reinvigorated by all the energy that he could muster up, the Shadow's cackle resounded throughout the entire hospital. It was sure to cause a slight tremor within the foundation, but the Users should be thankful that the building was much more durable than the standard if it had been standing for this long. With one, powerful thrust, he attempted to drive his scalpel right into Tristan for severe pierce damage.
They were eager to fight, so their eagerness to take hits should be equal... if not, threefold. The broken buzz limb reacted to its operator's radiating cocktail of insanity, fury, defiance, and pure glee. Its blade sped quickly and was certain to come off of its loose hinge in a few seconds. Before it fell apart, the enemy swiped at the opposing Users for major slash damage. It missed Holly, Tristan, Shirako, and Ally.
Want some more spray? There was still plenty left! The Shadow threw the broken blade aside and ripped off all of the limbs carrying a spray each. From one hand, he would take an arm and use it upon all of them before discarding it. The one with black liquid entered his hand first, filling the air with black waste. Pyxis and Shirako were the only ones who could potentially become affected by its moderate dark damage capabilities. Additionally, should their luck run out, they both would be blighted by exhaustion.
Next one. Poison spray. The canister attached to the nozzle was empty. Next. There was the last of the black spray available for usage. But, he also had one more tool in his other hand. To refuse to utilize after would be foolish. Again, just as the black mist cleared, there would be more black mist. Tristan and Shirako were the vulnerable ones, again susceptible to moderate dark damage. Should it be enough, it would inflict Tristan with exhaustion.
As brilliantly as he appeared, he would go down the same way. The poisonous fumes of the anti-bacterial will permeate through the air for the last time. Doctor Deathsaw ripped off the container in which the substance was held. He poured the green liquid over the users, and threw the vessel out behind him. Tristan has been poisoned.
His well-being never stopped trying to replenish itself because of those inflicted with poison. It was no use; his career was over. It was all over. This new existence of his was for naught. Doctor Deathsaw looked to the Users, his maddened golden eyes shining a harsh gaze upon them all. The Shadows were not the stem of the evil...
Pyxis failed to dodge both attacks, but she didn't care. She could take plenty of punishment, and they had two healers. It was what came from the black mist that was of concern to her. The moment it started affecting her, she felt (and was notified of, in case that didn't work) her energy reserves depleting at a faster rate than they should have. Was there a leak? No...it had to be the mist that was doing it. She'd be fine, though. The doctor shadow was almost dead. One more round would finish it. 'Gin' was of a slightly greater concern, but she could deal with that after the doctor was finished.
Pyxis didn't bother to charge up this time. There was no point, not when she'd likely be able to finish it off either way. Instead, she just called down another rain of meteors as-is, dropping them on both shadows. This would end here.

The damage intake from the doctor seemed to fluctuate. It used a variety of attacks, yes, but they all varied in effectiveness and scope. She took care to evade the first spray of black filth. The second gush, however, was too close and too wide to be evaded. The damage, however, was negligible. The additional lingering "effect", which faded, though, suggested that it carried some form of infirmity. Had she taken the first blast, she likely would have succumbed to it. Whatever the case, the doctor seemed to be winding down, even if the tiger was still going at it. Reducing the number of attackers- or just annoyances, depending on how one looked at it- would have been key.
With one more willing for a Deathbound, the woman sent in Yaksa. After that, she could heal as needed. After all, she was useless, offensively, on that tiger.

Tristan was dumbfounded and in extreme pain. He looked down and screamed, for just moving that much was extreme agony. He had been hit by the scalpel again. That alone was almost enough to drive him to the other side, given how he wasn't fully healed. However, the surgeon was fucking evil enough to hit him again with darkness! Worse part was, Tristan now felt like he was going to die from the inside out, due to the spray. He suspected that it was poison, but he really wished he didn't have to know that.
The boy swayed forward and vomited; he wasn't used to feeling like this. Still, the boy propped himself up using hi scythe. He could take even minor damage now and fall- he realized this, although he didn't like it. The boy turned to the doctor and drained him again before falling to his knees and vomiting again. He spoke weakly, "Any chance that some healing is needed for everyone? I feel like I'm going to die, but if I'm the only one who needs it, you shouldn't bother. Better for the team and all that."
With that, the boy fell forward and yelled out again. He wasn't unconscious yet, but it would likely not be very long before he drifted away.

Gin grimaced. The training seemed to be coming to a close- that was good for the humans. However, it seemed that the doctor was doing his utmost to end them- that wasn't quite as good. It appeared that Tristan was dying- that could be a good thing. The rest of the Users would possibly even agree with the tiger on this.
Gin decided to heal the boy after the doctor fell. It was obvious that it was about to happen, and Gin didn't want to influence anyone's actions further than what he had. Still, it wasn't going to do much good if he were to just stand there. The tiger prepared again to silence any present, well aware that it was too late for it to have any effect besides buying him some time to escape afterwards.

Ally's attack didn't seem to be as strong as she had originally been hitting for. This was unfortunate, but it didn't really matter to her all that much. She could tell that the enemy was starting to weaken considerably. This fight was just about over. All the other attacks that came from it? All of them missed her. With a smirk on her face and some poison still coursing through her veins, the girl primed another bomb before tossing it at the shadow once more. This enemy was close to going down, but the other shadow would still be here. Then again, the others seemed to be attacking him as well. Once this doctor was all cleared up she would focus her attention on the kitty. With some more poison coursing through her veins, the girl gave a slightly pained smile of confidence to the doctor.

The attacks came, but none of them actually hit her. They hit the other though, and it seemed like those attacks hit some of their weaknesses. It would be nice to end the doctor now, but she wasn't quite sure if her attacks would be enough to do it. Further, there was a second enemy as well. Most everyone looked like they could hold out for awhile longer, but the boy looked like he was going to keel over at any second. Leaving him in that condition wasn't worth the risk. So, she called forth Lakshmi to soothe their wounds. Everyone was bathed in a blue light and their wounds closed. Hopefully their attacks would be enough to finish off the doctor shadow, then they could worry about the tiger.

The large shape of the doctor disappeared in a blinding flash of black, white, purple, and green. It could have been seizure inducing were it not for its brevity. The hole that his torso popped out of was immediately repaired by the energies, leaving in the Shadow's place the sight of a dying doctor. His battered and bloodied self was crouched over a bagged corpse.
Deathsaw coughed more than enough times to make it painfully obvious that he was dying. "Heh. I guess I will always be a failure, unable to save anything or anyone. With this final disaster, I disappear." The Shadow's face was half-covered in a surgical mask, but he tugged it down to reveal his face. He held out a hand toward the party, like he was, in turn, tugging down some invisible layer of saran wrap.
"And in the end, no remorse. No regrets... for both parties involved. Shadows and humans will forever be in conflict, no matter what is said."
Another flash, and then nothing. Not even the bodybag remained.

Tristan was fully healed. He could tell this, although something seemed to keep him from saying thanks to whoever healed him. This led him to think that the tiger had finally silenced him; if so, he was in trouble.
He got up and shook himself off. The doctor had fallen, and Tristan saw that there was something sitting where the shadow had been. Picking it up, the boy looked at the other Users. They seemed to be able to do more than he could. Still, he brandished his scythe, preparing to defend if he were attacked by Gin.

Gin looked at the Users. They healed themselves and found some items; he doubted that they would be content, though. The tiger stood in a more aggressive stance, then he relaxed slightly. "Well, I don't exactly think that I'm going to be able to just leave, am I? So, might as well give you guys a fight that's worth your time. I'm not going to be winning this, that much is obvious; but I can still give it a shot."
The tiger then looked around the room. Only two people had been affected by the silence- he needed everyone else to be as well. If he could get that to happen, he could simply leave. He launched another wave of silence, hoping to get at least one more person to be quiet.

The doctor went down and uttered some strange words as he did so. A week ago they probably would have made her leave in a fit of rage and depression, but now she just understood that he was right and it was unfortunate for both parties. Holly wondered what kind of thoughts created such a creature. Being a medical professional was likely harder than she cared to think about. Sometimes, people just couldn't save others no matter how hard they tried. Now was not the time to think about these things. There was still an enemy here, a particularly annoying one at that.
"Oh please, don't give me that WOE IS ME bullshit. You had plenty of time to leave while we were focusing on the other shadow but you chose to stay. Now get out of here."
With that, she decided to try out her new weapon, the weapon from the wolf at the full moon. She had taken it to the weapon store to increase its strength, and it was already an extremely well crafted weapon before then. She wasn't really feeling up to finishing this fight, so hopefully it would just make the asshole go away.
