Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.
As the doctor shadow died, it spoke. Coherently, at that. Was it another sentient? ...No, that wasn't quite right. It hadn't behaved like one in the fight. No, more likely what it was speaking were the echoes of sentiments expressed by every doctor or surgeon to work in this hospital, whenever someone under their care died. And...there was a trace of familiarity to it as well. It reminded Pyxis of how she felt after learning that Chidori had fallen terminally ill.
How fitting.
But that, that was in the past now. Just like she told herself before, she could finally end that sad story with the defeat of the hospital's last guardian. There was just one last thing to take care of. ...Well, two last things, actually. For some reason, Gin was still around, and still willing to fight. So after retrieving a new gun from the remains of the shadow, Pyxis turned her attention on the tiger. "Even now, you still admit to being an enemy. I'm actually kind of surprised. But, so be it." She willed for another meteor shower, and let them fall on Gin.

The guardian uttered some words, but the woman, honestly, did not care too much for its opinions. It had died, or was dying, and, frankly, she didn't care whether or not humans and Shadows managed to get along. In fact, she really didn't care how the struggle, in the greater sense, ended up. Once she tied up her loose ends. . . well, things could go either way in her head. Whatever the case, that was one less enemy. In its place, the tiger still existed. Her blade would be ineffective on it, so it would have been best to just stick to healing. She doubted it would linger for too long.
”I'll swap to healing now.” She calmly announced, unaffected by the enemy's barrage of status moves, before willing for Mediarahan.

Then hurry up and get out of my face already. I would really like to just go home and take a nap. With an annoyed look, Ally pulled out another bomb and lobbed it at the shadow. He wasn't even attacking now. If his whole goal was to test the, shouldn't he at least stand as some sort of threat rather than a slight detour. Gonna be honest with you. You're making me use all these bombs for no damn reason. They aren't cheap to make! A lesson? It was more like a waste of money, energy, and time. Taking this guy down better be damn worth it.

The tiger felt wind go through his hide; Gin had to say, he was surprised. He had not expected to experience that. However, when he tried to express this he found himself unable to speak. Shit, this again? I really need to figure out a way to prevent this.
With a silent sigh and subtle shake of the head, he turned to face the Users only to be confronted by multiple strike attacks. Gin grimaced, but he had been expecting those. The woman who had used Slash against him earlier switched to solely healing, and she was clearly skilled at it.
Gin realized that any chance he had of winning had dwindled to zero if he couldn't break the silence. Still, he looked around the room. He may not be able to do much, but perhaps something...
He would just have to wait for a strategy to develop.
At least that was what he was thinking as he went to back up... And instead attacked himself. He was in serious need of a backup plan.

The tiger seemed to be trying to decide on what it could do. Not much, Tristan said. It was fitting that Gin was silenced before he could reap any rewards from the silence he had inflicted upon the Users. Sadly, by Users Tristan meant himself.
He could do no more than Gin could at the moment, so he was of no use in this fight. However, he did have one advantage: his silence wore out before the shadow's. With this knowledge in the forefront of his mind, Tristan started to smile.
It was good to know that one was on the winning side of a fight.

And rather than running the cat just stood there and hit itself. Great. Holly just raised an eyebrow and tried to stand tall despite her constant urge to throw up all over the floor. She had been merciful because she had no interest in continuing this fight. She just wanted to go home and sleep the rest of the day, and hopefully sleep off this poison. However, if the shadow was going to insist on staying she could deal with eliminating another powerful shadow. That would make today a pretty good day.
With a shrug, she threw another one of her powerful weapons at the shadow. With any luck that would either kill it or make it retreat. Whatever happened, she was happy with the outcome.

Hey, puss, you better make sure these bombs are the last ones I gotta throw, else the next time we meet I'm gonna be giving you more that and a few explosions to the face. Once again, Ally begrudgingly tossed a bomb at the tiger shadow and hoped for a good end result for her. The idea of a "good" end result was rather narrow, being down to either, the kitty dies, or it runs away. Either one was fine with Ally. She didn't care for the cat one way or the other. But if it kept being persistent like this without reason? It might just end up next on her hit list.
Why was the tiger still here. Holly had successfully managed to silence it, cutting off what looked like all of its attack options, and it was still dealing with the confusion that Pyxis had inflicted on it. If it really was sentient, as it seemed to be, and intelligent, which was debatable but intelligence was relative, then why was it still around despite the sheer disadvantage it faced? Why did it not leave? After going through so much trouble to try and convince people that it was on their side, why was it doing something so monumentally stupid?
Oh well. If it wanted to die, then Pyxis wasn't about to deny it that. She simply shrugged and called down another rain of meteors.

Even with the poison in effect, there was little need to heal the group again. More than that, the enemy was unable to launch an attack of its own. The fact that it lingered was a testament either to its perseverance or its stupidity. Which was entirely up to question. Either way, Shirako remained to see the battle through, even if the chances of gain were abysmally low. Of course, given that the enemy nullified slash-based attacks, and that there was no need to heal, there was nothing for her to do quite yet. Therefore, rather than taking action, the woman observed the surroundings. Nothing else seemed to be coming.
In other words, all they needed to do was finish off the tiger or drive it away.

Gin gave a silent sigh. He knew he wouldn't be able to last until the silence wore off. Heck, with the confusion, he wouldn't be able to last another round of hits. These people were powerful. Heck, they're probably the people who scale the castle. I don't have a chance. Still, he needed to know how strong everyone was. He needed to be able to know the scope of his own strength on top of the Users. The only question was, was that more important than his own life?
Deciding it wasn't, the tiger took on his host's form and jumped out the window. His shadow form was too large to fit out of it properly. He waited until out properly before switching again and running down the side of the building.
