Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Setsuna had no clue what was going on anymore. There was some fiery Shadow who had been attacking the group, but now he had suddenly turned on the Shadow. Why? Hell if she knew. As far as she was concerned, this meant one less asshole to worry about, so it worked out just fine for her. Either way, she cursed under her breath when her attack missed the Shadow. Then it slashed at some people she didn't know, and finished by blasting everyone with some wind. The damage ended up not being too bad, though it didn't matter since Isolde was quick to heal everyone. As much as she wished she could be a little more capable of supporting others, there wasn't very much she could do.
As such, she decided to continue what she'd been doing, and fling ice and lightning at the massive dragon-like creature. It wasn't much, especially since it seemed like a whole bunch of other people were able to exploit its weakness while she couldn't. But, it was the best she could do. As long as she could at least manage that much, she was content. Thus, she summoned Undine and had her unleash yet another blast of electricity.
Action: Zionga
(edit: with permission from Chrom, I'm acting as though this post is before the Boss' post >.> )
Xain looked at the dragon in amazement. Not only did it attack its only ally, but it dodged everything but a couple attacks. Then it had the nerve to sit there and taunt it's opponents?
In order to distract himself from the rage he was feeling towards the dragon shadow, the android looked around to see that the boy who had been knocked down had gotten back up and started shooting again. It was surprising, but a welcome sight.
Xain summoned Dominion again. He needed to be able to hit the dragon this time. The angel readied himself to launch a Poison Arrow. Xain raised his arm to signal a preparation to fire. He then pointed directly at the dragon, and the angel above him fired.
Good, he got up. The boy seemed to be confused about what happened, which made sense. He had a right to know what took place during his unconsciousness. Brynhild looked away from the dragon for a second to glance back at him. “Sure, they'll be plenty time to go over this.”
As she tried to shift focus to the enemy shadows. . . her thoughts wandered back to what she just said. Something about that sentence came out angrier than normal. Okay, she tended to sound annoyed when talking with her peers, but this was a human. They typically deserved an added layer of politeness, even the stupid ones. It would be possible to ignore this feeling, but It'd be easy enough to correct any wrong impressions. She turned back around and began to apologize.“T-that sounded worse than I inten—”
Before she could even finish, the dragon let out a massive attack. As the fire spread in their direction, continued her split second obsession with this boy. He didn't resist the flames earlier, so his persona wasn't immune. Brynhild knew she couldn't stand here and watch him get injured. He might go back to being almost dead. The costs of using another revival spell were not too high, but it's supposed to be her job to take the most damage so the humans survived.
"Stay back!" Brynhild raised her shield and stepped in front of the kid. The heat burned hotter than it ever had before. Her internal temperature skyrocketed, prompting her body to increase its respiratory rate. Most external damage ended up being repaired by the next wave of healing. The edges of her clothing started to char away, but any obvious mechanical parts should still be hidden. As much as she'd enjoy striking back, her systems advised against using magic for the next twenty seconds to avoid overheating.

Tristan held back an agonized yell in a way that it only produced a dull growl. That dragon had the nerve to dodge everything and then retaliate with flame breathe and then spikes from its tail. These, just to make things better, were apparently coated in poison.
The giant flame shadow felt sick. He refused to succumb to the poison, but he could feel it ruining his anatomy. If he didn't do something soon to get rid of it, he would likely regret it.
Deciding to fight fire with fire, Tristan swung his large flame sword at the dragon. It sent off a flame that cut through the air. This fire turned green and a noxious, black smoke followed it closely.

Shit, she'd missed again? Just how was that asshole dragon dodging everything anyway? It was huge! Her fireball was huge! And it was even grounded this time. No wonder it was making enemies of the other shadows. If it could dodge like that, it probably felt like it didn't need anyone else. If that was the case, then a few good volleys of hits would probably be enough to deal with it. The only problem was that if they had a way to negate the massive increase in agility it had gained, someone would have done it by now. Which, really, didn't leave much option but to continue throwing giant star-like balls of fire at it.
So, Jaelyn stuck to what she did best and launched off another one.
Even on the ground, the dragon was pretty impressive at dodging attacks. Even Anna's own had missed that time. "Not bad, not bad," Anna said, summoning Thunderbird again. "You can dodge arrows, bullets, slugs, and even gigantic fireballs. I'll admit. I'm impressed. But you're also kinda stupid, ya know that? I ain't seen a lot of folks, human, shadow, or demon, who'll turn allies against them when up against this many. I'd say you have a runaway ego, but that's a contradiction in terms for a shadow."
Well, if it was going to taunt them, she could do the same right back. She still had plenty of shells left, and plenty of energy to use magic attacks as well. So long as none of their healers went down, she could keep this up for a long time. Sooner or later, one of them would outlast the other. Anna was betting on the side with greater numbers and healing abilities.
For the moment, though, she was changing tracks. If her memory was accurate her next couple shells were buckshot, which wouldn't do her as much good while the dragon was perched on the roller coaster. So instead, she had Thunderbird whip up another wind storm and attacked with that.

Layla's lightning bolts hit their mark this time, but hers was one of the few attacks that did. Otherwise, it had dodged pretty impressively and was now taunting (taunting? It seemed like taunting) them from the top of the roller coaster again. But Layla was undaunted. If she'd hit it once, she could keep doing it. So she generated another ball of electricity through her Persona's vajra, and let it explode into an entire thunderstorm's worth of lightning bolts, aimed in a wide spread in the dragon's direction. Hopefully, once again, it wouldn't be able to dodge all of them.
With any luck, it would still be busy taunting everyone else.

Damn, I missed. Anyway, it looks like everybody was indeed turning their attentions towards the dragon, which in fact turned out to be a Shadow itself. Lots of us missed as well which was a bit of a problem. It inhaled after taking a quick moment to bask in its seeming arrogance and breathed fire upon us. Again, it did nothing to me, so I stood my ground as the fire harmlessly engulfed me. Meanwhile, the dragon continued its assault by lifting its tail and lashing out at some people. Pyxis was struck by the tail but did not suffer any damage, once again the attack bounced off her armor. The flaming demon was hit as well, but I didn't care too much about that. They seemed more concentrated on fighting for themselves rather than being directly on our side. I noticed that the civilian had been resuscitated by a fellow combatant who attempted to shield him from the flames.
I sighed and rushed over to the red-headed civilian and the girl with the shield. "You two are going to get yourselves knocked out again at this rate. The flames do absolutely nothing to me, so be careful and stay by me instead. The Shadow threat will be neutralized soon, I have a feeling about it." I said authoritatively to the civilian and his savior.
Raising my automatic crossbow, I began to open fire again on the dragon.

Gin was getting pretty angry. His attacks were ineffective for all intents and purposes. Nothing he threw at the dragon made any impact. It probably didn't help that the dragon had the most uncanny dodge ability. It only served to infuriate the tiger. However, something caught his attention. Alisa's voice pricked his ears and he listened in.
Once he heard what Alisa said, Gin quickly approached. "Alisa, wait," he said. "I nullify fire damage as well, and you can hit the dragon's weakness. It'd be better if you didn't have to worry about their safety. I'll cover these two. Besides, I make a much larger wall." The tiger grinned and turned to the dragon. He shot out another beam of light at the antagonistic drake, then he turned to the two that Alisa offered to protect.
"You guys may not trust me, but I won't let the flames get to you if I can help it. Any chance you'll trust me long enough that the dragon goes down?"
The dragon was back to breathing fire, then immediately afterward it went back to lashing out with its tail. This time, Pyxis didn't even need to cover someone else to be in the path of one of its strikes. For whatever reason, after she had managed to block it the first time without taking damage, the dragon had gone straight for her with this one. And it didn't do any more this time, either. As Flower Child was now loudly proclaiming, the dragon did not seem to be very smart.
All the better for them, at least. Pyxis did a once-over of the rest of the group to make sure everyone else was alright. She noted that Alisa had gone after the one problem of note that she'd noticed, then turned her attention back on the dragon and opened fire again.

James blinked. The woman had turned after awakening him and acted like whatever was going on was common knowledge that everyone in the city knew. She then apologized randomly. That was fine, but surprising. The boy hadn't had time to react. He was still processing what happened when a wave of fire rushed from the dragon. The woman then shielded Kami, who had barely had time to cover his face. Almost as soon as this happened, the woman was healed.
Shortly after this, another woman came over and offered to protect them so that neither of them were knocked out. She apparently didn't feel the pain from fire. Kami didn't understand this, but he really didn't understand what happened next: The giant tiger came over, talked to the second woman, then made her exact same offer. Kami simply stood there, trying to process all the information at once.
He didn't succeed, and that only pissed him off. "Listen, I don't need protection. What I need is info, and I can wait for that. I would like to know what the hell kitty here is, and I'd like to know how the hell everyone else who's here but me is able to control some sort of monster!"
Pissed, yet extremely grateful to them, Kami stepped away from the group and took aim. He took out his frustrations in firing a few rounds at the dragon.

The dragon managed to slip past the attacks of most of the group. It soon opened its mouth and unleashed another torrent of fire. He endured the attacks. It was a good thing Personas can heal off burns or else he'd be mostly singed at the moment. He watched as the creature perched back on the roller coaster. It looked like it was now taunting the group. Ringo's eyes began to glow as Tokoyo came out.
The samurai drew her sword as it began to spark with electricity once more. She swung her sword and sent the jolt over. Ringo could use his much stronger sword attacks but this time he wants a somewhat accurate hit.
Amane tried her best not to shriek in pain as the flames hit her. It was only partially succeeding seeing as how her persona is weak against fire. This was something she was going to have to fix. Her accessory is doing wonders at the moment to make it...slightly less painful. The drake in particular seems happy with itself. It perched itself on top of the roller coaster again. This time she'll hit him.
"Viviane." The lady appeared and sent a spiral of wind towards the dragon in hopes it would hit the dragon or rip one of its wings.

Another blast of fire, another moment of great pain and finally another soothing wave of healing. It was starting to become a sort of routine for John at this point. It seemed the dragon's ever increasing speed was gimping everyone's ability to at all hit the beast. John briefly considered using his persona's attack boosting ability but recalled in time that various other users had already combined their efforts to pump everyone up to thel max. Sighing, he raised his shotgun and fired at the draconic shadow sitting on it's perch. He really wished this thing would freaking die already.

Setsuna let out a sigh. Without Jaelyn to defend her, she took the full blast from the Drake's fiery breath, and oh God it hurt. Almost immediately, she collapsed to her knees, the pain overwhelming her for a moment. She was still in the battle, but the attack had done quite a bit of damage. Luckily, she was immediately healed thanks to Isolde once again using Mediarahan, though, while her physical injuries were being healed, this battle was beginning to take a toll on her mentally. She wasn't sure if she was going to be able to keep this up much longer. Especially with how much this asshole lizard was dodging everything. It was seriously beginning to piss her off. Which...isn't really difficult, but still.
Either way, she looked to Tristan, who had been inflicted with poison. Considering that he started the battle by trying to poison half of the Persona Users, a large part of her couldn't help but be amused by the irony. However, now that he was apparently fighting on their side, she decided it would be best to have everyone at full strength. Even if that meant healing a Shadow. Thus, she summoned Undine, who immediately casted a spell to lift the ailment from him. It would probably bite her in the ass later on, but she was more worried about the giant fire-breathing dragon at this moment
